Welcome to The Aesthetica. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Pricing

All product images are for illustration. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once we receive payment via UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery where offered. Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to follow your package.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds for eligible orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
